Dr. Caroline Labritz
CAROLINE LABRITZ DDS
Dr. Caroline Labritz gained an interest in dentistry at a young age by working multiple summers and holidays with her father, Dr. P. Ronald Graziani, who maintained a successful practice in Fairmont since 1976. These experiences fueled her desire to eventually follow in his footsteps and pursue dentistry herself.
Dr. Labritz graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2004 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. She spent her first six years practicing in Morgantown until coming back to Fairmont in 2010 to practice with her father in the Graziani Labritz Dentistry practice.
Feeling a desire to return to Morgantown after years in Fairmont, Dr. Labritz made her return in 2016. Now back in Morgantown, she joined forces with Dr. Diana Frum to form Dental Arts which would eventually become Sorriso Dental. Sorriso meaning “Smile” in Italian, Dr.Labritz wanted to pay respects to its previous dentists, Dr. P. Ronald Graziani and Dr. Diana Frum, both of whom have significant Italian heritage.
Dr. Labritz is an avid learner and researcher with a passion for Dentistry. She invests a great deal of time on Continuing Education hours in order to provide the highest quality treatments for her patients. Dr. Labritz is a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association, member of the American Association of Implant Dentistry, member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Monongalia Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association, and American Dental Association. With additional training in dental implants, modern Root Canal Therapy, Invisalign, Cosmetic Makeovers, you will find her very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry.
Patients quickly appreciate her gentle manner and her love for children. Dr. Labritz has a special place for children and prides herself in her ability to calm dental fear in children and make them feel at ease in the office.
After years of training and study she has become a proud member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) with certifications in Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART) as well as being a board-certified Biological Dentist with the International Academy of Biological Dentistry & Medicine (IABDM).
Her specialization into Biological Dentistry helps Dr. Labritz to work with patients to find the “root cause” of their health issues much more than simply diagnosing and treating symptoms and byproducts of patient nutrition, behavior, and disease.
In her personal life, Dr. Labritz is married with two active boys. She enjoys baking, cooking, and getting lost in a great book in her free time. She is very active in both fitness and nutrition; inspired by her passion for overall health.
